Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Animaná purchase. If for any reason you’re not in love with your item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
• Change of Mind: If the item simply isn’t what you hoped for, that’s okay! Just note that in these cases, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• Defects or Issues: We take great care to ensure quality, and we’ll provide a video of your item as it’s packed. If there’s a defect we missed, we’ll happily cover the return shipping costs and arrange an exchange or refund.
